tomogui recons -------------- the recons application run a reconstruction from a configuration file (generated by the tomogui project for example) and display the result and some extra information in the case of iterative (ART) reconstructions. .. code-block:: bash tomogui recons [configurationFile] .. image:: ../../image/reconstructionManager.png :align: center * (1) This is the reconstructed sample at the current state. * (2) The sinogram we try to reconstruct actually * (3) Reconstruction parameters : display or hide the reconstruction paranters setted for the reconstruction. See section 3 for more information see section tomoguiproject/reconstruction parameters * (4) Iterate : launch the reconstruction from the current state for n extra iterations (see 7) * (5) stop iteration : stop the iterations (at the end of the current iteration ) * (6) save reconstructions : save all the reconstruction under a folder * (7) Nb iteration the number of iteration to launch. The total number of iteration runned since the beginning is count right behind. * (8) History : Note all the actions made by the user since the begining. Theoretically you should be able to run back the reconstructions fron those data. * (9) Save history : save the history to a .txt file * (10) Qui : quit the application
